PRODUCTION INFORMATION

Resin Pours

All products are made to order. With raw material on hand, Woodchuck Creations can complete within 7 days of receiving the order. Specific products may require longer production time and will be noted on the product page. Due to necessary prep & curing time required with epoxy resin please allow a minimum 7 days.

Custom order production time will vary due to the scope and size of the project. Upon receipt of your custom order we will work up a mock up design and production estimate for your approval. Once approved and payment received work will begin.

Study Board Blanks - Standard Sizes

All products are made to order. With raw material on hand, a Woodchuck Creations study board blank can be made within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order. Bulk orders may require up to 2 weeks to produce.

Study Boards - Individual & Chapter Orders

All products are made to order. With raw material on hand, a Woodchuck Creations complete study board can be made within 7 to 10 days of receiving the order. Due to necessary prep, curing and seamstress time please allow a minimum 7 days to complete a single order.

Chapter order production time will vary due to the scope and size of the project. Order size of 25 or less will require 2 to 3 weeks to complete once we have the decorated study boards. An order size ranging from 50 to 100 will require 4 to 5 weeks to complete once the decorated study boards are received.

Commissioned Artwork - Study Boards

Commissioned artwork production time will vary due to the complexity of the project. Customer will work with and pay the artist directly. Once Woodchuck Creations receives your artwork, your study board will be completed.

Third Party Products

All products are made to order. Our third party partners will produce their products within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Specific products may require longer production time and will be noted on the product page.

Bulk or Custom order production time will vary due to the scope and size of the project. Upon receipt of your custom order we will work up a mock up design and production estimate for your approval. Once approved and payment received work will begin.

Wood products - Cutting, Engraving & Woodworking

All products are made to order. With raw material on hand, a Woodchuck Creations stock product can be made within 24 to 48 hrs of receiving the order. Specific products may require longer production time and will be noted on the product page.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE HAND MADE THEREFORE SLIGHT VARIANCES MAY OCCUR FROM PRODUCT TO PRODUCT.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Times
Prompt shipping of your order is our priority. Once production is complete and your order has shipped, you will receive an email that contains a link with your tracking information. We will ship your order via FedEX, UPS or USPS based on the item(s) ordered and shipping destination. Our goal is to use the shipping method with the quickest delivery times for you. Please allow 6-12 hours for your tracking information to be available on the carrier's website. The time in transit is based on the origination and destination zip codes but typically range between 2-4 business days.

We ship orders to all US states exclusively. Transit times for Hawaii and Alaska are typically 6-10 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout and are based on your order total as well as other factors such as product weight, package size, and delivery destination. Keeping shipping costs low for our customers is a priority and that is why we choose a carrier that not only is cost effective but offers a quick delivery time. Some orders may ship in multiple packages and/or at different times. We refer to this as a “split ship”. You will not be charged any additional charges if we choose to separate out your shipments in order to give you the best service and transit times. In the case of multiple packages being shipped, you may receive multiple emails regarding your tracking information.

Local Delivery - Individual Orders

Local delivery is a hand delivery service we provide for Individual placed within our Local Delivery Area. We offer this service to keep shipping costs down. Individual orders eligible for local delivery will not be charged shipping. If charged by accident we will issue a refund for shipping. Once order is placed we will schedule a convenient time to deliver your product.

Local Delivery - Chapter Orders - Study Boards

Local delivery is a hand delivery service we provide for chapter orders of study boards. Providing hand delivery for bulk orders of study boards keeps shipping costs down and insures the product is delivered safely. A chapter order of 25 study boards or more is eligible for local delivery.
